Daniel An, Esq.
Daniel is a South Bay native and veteran of the United States Marine Corps. As a Marine, Daniel served four years active duty in the infantry and was recognized for his service by two separate base commanders. In his final year as a Marine, Daniel served as an acting platoon sergeant, leading a platoon of marines while stationed at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twenty-Nine Palms, California.
Daniel obtained his B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California. At Chapman, Daniel clerked both summers at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office where he assisted in the prosecution of homicide cases.
Daniel’s experience spans a variety of practice areas, including personal injury, business, employment, trusts and estates, and insurance law. As a personal injury lawyer, Daniel has fought for the rights of injured individuals with outstanding results. He has worked for some of the largest personal injury firms in California, managing hundreds of personal injury cases, including litigation cases, obtaining favorable outcomes against major corporations, government entities, and public transportation carriers. In other civil matters, he has successfully defended retail and real estate businesses.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys long distance running, playing tennis, and watching his daughter’s basketball games.
